Admission
There are three (3) path ways by which candidates can be admitted into the programme.

Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)

Direct Entry (DE)

Transfers which can be either inter-departmental or inter- university.

UTME ADMISSION:  

The minimum requirement into College of Health Science is applicable to the department of Radiography and Radiation Sciences. These includes five (5) O’ level credit passes in not more than two (2) sittings in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English language in senior secondary school certificate or its equivalent in addition to appropriate pass in UTME and any other examination that may be recommended by the university.

Direct Entry (DE) Admission:

Direct entry (DE) candidates will join the programme in second year. Candidates for direct entry shall posses at least two (2) A’ level or equivalent with credit passes in any of Physics, Chemistry or Biology plus O’ level requirements. Candidates with first degree in Medical, Physical or Biological sciences may be acceptable by Direct Entry after due application through JAMB.

A Diploma  from recognized school of health technology in Xray Technician, plus 5 credits in relevant “O” level subjects as outlined earlier may be considered for direct entry admission.

Candidates with B.Sc or M.sc in relevant fields of science such as  physics, medical physics and biological sciences in addition to any other examination that may be recommended by the university will be qualified for Direct Entry admission.

Direct entry students without the required GST COURSES are to do the university recommended GST Courses with their 200 level and 300 level courses- Presently the courses include GST 101, GST 103,GST 105, GST 107, GST 102, GST 104, GST 106, GST 108.

Inter-University Transfers

Student can transfer into 200 level of the programme provided such a candidate has relevant qualifications and the requisite CGPA and fulfils prescribed conditions as approved by the Evangel University, Akaeze, Ebonyi State.
